Tallington: 'Dead' man's lunch

POLICE were called to Tallington after receiving reports of a dead body in a ditch – but the "corpse" turned out to be a man having his lunch.
A number of officers were summoned to the village at about 3.30pm on Monday to deal with what was understood to be a body in a ditch by the A16.

But Lincolnshire police said it was a man who had stopped in the area for a lunchtime rest.
