FAMILIES in Whittlesey will be spoilt for choice during this month's Family Learning Festival.
Scores of activities designed to encourage families to learn together will take place in schools, libraries, colleges, sports centres and museums across the county as part of the festival.
This annual national festival of learning offers parents a
nd their children opportunities to enjoy arts and crafts, sports, computing, music, story-telling, cooking and much more.
Over the years it has inspired adults, in particular, to continue their own learning afterwards, joining local clubs and classes.
This year, events will take place inside Whittlesey Library and Sir Harry Smith Community College.
A family fun craft session will be held at the town’s library on October 25, from 10am until noon, when you can create Christmas crafts.
